A little about the journey so far
Elijah Napoli is a self produced independent alternative indie rock artist born and raised in San Dimas, California, whose music explores nostalgia, restlessness, heartbreak, healing, and the space between who we were and who we’re becoming.
Music was part of Napoli’s life from the beginning. Growing up around his father, uncles, church musicians, jam sessions, and live performances, he saw music as a way of life. He began playing piano at age eight, picked up drums soon after, formed his first band at ten, and began writing songs at the same age. By his late teens, he was recording music and performing throughout Southern California.
In 2013, Napoli made the decision to pursue music seriously. The following year, he signed to Deeps Music and began building a professional career that would include touring, recording, songwriting, and distribution through EMPIRE. Between 2015 and 2017, five full-length projects totaling 88 songs were distributed to major digital streaming platforms. During this period, he performed across Southern California, including multiple appearances at venues such as The Chain Reaction in Anaheim and Los Globos in Los Angeles, toured as part of The Hype Kills Tour.
He has songwriting credits on Breakfast For Joey’s “Rock Star” and “Casino,” with “Rock Star” surpassing 100,000 combined streams. His catalog has generated more than one million streams across platforms, including “Coastin’,” which has accumulated more than 630,000 combined streams across Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, and YouTube.
Today, Elijah Napoli represents a new chapter in that journey. His music blends bittersweet melodies with emotionally honest storytelling, creating songs for people who feel nostalgic, restless, and caught between who they were and who they’re becoming. Rather than writing from a distance, Napoli draws directly from his own lived experience, using songwriting as a way to tell the truth about where he is in life and move forward through it.
His work is ultimately rooted in one belief: people should be allowed to fall apart while they are finding themselves. Through his music, Napoli documents the human experience as honestly as he can, hoping that listeners recognize something of themselves in the process and feel less alone in their own becoming.
In 2026, Napoli has continued building that world one song at a time, committed to releasing new music throughout the year while allowing each release to become its own piece of a larger story. The result is an evolving body of work centered not on having everything figured out, but on being honest enough to keep becoming.
